最近很習慣吃波蘭麵包
Recently, I really like to eat Poland bread 
每到下午就會慢跑到超市
Every afternoon I would jog to the supermarket
吃兩個小圓麵包加一杯優格
I'd eat two buns plus a cup of yogurt
米飯已經沒有一開始來的時候這麼渴望
I don't have a strong desire to eat rice anymore 



上週Nik介紹了超市中的波蘭水餃（pierogi）（讀皮落ㄍ一）
Last week, Nik introduced Poland dumplings (pierogi) in the supermarket
他們pierogi口味非常多
They have a lot of  tastes of pierogi 
他知道我喜歡蔬菜多一些
He knows I like vegetables more
便挑了香菇高麗菜口味的pierogi
He picked the flavors of pierogi is mushrooms cabbage 
裡面沒有肉
This pierogi without meat

一般的吃法是
Usually the way they eat 
熱水滾時加兩匙鹽巴
Add two spoons of salt in boiling water
再讓pierogi放入煮5分鐘
Put the pierogi into hot water and cook it about 5 minutes
盛盤時會沾酸奶油吃
When we eat pierogi ,we'll dip sour cream at the same time

一份通常5個pierogi
A meal usually has five pierogi
吃到第四個就差不多要飽了
When I eat the fourth, it would almost be full
Nik說外面餐廳的pierogi也都是五個左右
Nik said A meal of pierogi also have about five in restaurants

對我來說
For me,
pierogi吃起來沒有太驚訝的味道
The pierogi tasted not too surprised
麵皮比台灣水餃厚一點
The dough is a little thicker than Taiwanese dumplings
裡面的內餡就是鹹鹹香香的
The stuffing inside is salty and savory
香菇的味道比較不同而已
Only the mushrooms tasted different 

不過沾酸奶油還滿特別的
But sour cream is very special
他們說吃肉、麵包的時候也愛沾
They said that when they eat meat, bread, they will eat with sour cream
而酸奶油其實很像無糖優格
In fact, sour cream is just like sugar-free yogurt 
只是內容物是由牛奶脂肪發酵而成
But the content is made by the fermentation of milk fat
也是無糖
Also without sugar
不難吃
It's not unpalatable
可是也沒什麼甜鹹味道
But nothing sweet and savory taste
主要是為了平衡水餃的油膩感而佐著吃
Mainly in order to balance the greasy dumplings

因為現在逐漸變成生活模式
Because now I change the living style 
旅遊的熱情沒有那麼擴張
Tourism is not so enthusiastic to me
生活漸漸穩定
Life gradually stabilizing

每天除了看書上網
Every day,the books and the Internet become the most important things

其他大概就是跟這裡的居民瞎鬧
Probably fool around with the residents here at other time
裡面一位22歲的馬克先生很像小朋友
Here, a 22-year-old Mr. Mark he just like a kid
住進來沒幾天就感冒
To live here in a few days he got a cold
吃東西又挑食
And still picky eaters

因為我雞婆
Because I like to poke his nose into other people's business.
所以就買了一些水果逼他吃
So I bought some fruit to force him to eat
昨天弄了水果優格一起吃
Yesterday I made some fruit yogurt
他說可以接受
He said that can accept

結果聊天的時候
When we chatted
無意間居然說我像個媽媽？！
He inadvertently say I look like a mom? !
為什麼不說像個姊姊呢？（深受打擊）
Why don't you say I am like an older sister? (By the strike)

算了！我應該要早點接受這一切的
Forget it! I should have accepted all this as soon as possible
