專業的波蘭森林導遊 The professional guide in Poland forest

在Monika家時，她說以前常常會到森林裡採香菇
不過必須起得很早

When I stayed in Monika's home
She said that she often go to pick  mushrooms in the forest
But we must get up early 

對我來說，森林一直是很危險的地方
不論是在童話故事裡
還是在台灣，山上有很多未知的麻煩
但是感覺Monika對森林非常熟悉
原來他們家就是在山上
我們走到森林裡不到5分鐘就到了XD

For me, the forest is a very dangerous place
Whether in the fairy tales or in Taiwan
Mountains have a lot of unknown troubles
But I feel Monika knows the forest very well
Because their home is just right on a hill

Scarcely five minutes later we got into the forest XD

這一路上，我總覺得波蘭的森林和台灣很像啊
也是有小河，危險足以致命的昆蟲
我們還經過像咬人貓的植物
刮得我和她的小腿都熱辣腫脹XD

This way, I feel very similar to Polish forests and Taiwan forests
There are also a river, full of dangerous deadly insect
We have also been to pass the plants which can stab people

It grabbed us all leg hot and swelling XD

 Monika很了解許多款式的香菇
但是一路上遇到的菇類都不能吃
吃了會有事
Monika knows of many styles of mushrooms very well
We encountered alot of mushrooms along the way but can not eat

If we have it ,something will happen

其中有一些路非常危險
看起來是鮮少人走動的路
而她和我就著麼穿著短褲就出發了
我們兩個的勇氣實在無限大XD

There are some dangerous roads
It seems few people walking on the roads
She and I just wore the shorts 

Our courage was really infinite XD

我們偶爾會看到一些畫像和鮮花
Monika說，這是波蘭民兵對抗納粹軍隊時駐紮過的地點
經歷過二戰時期的爺爺奶奶
對這些人物記憶猶新
也因此他們在房屋設計時
還另外刻意在建造一個木柴火爐
以備戰爭時期煮飯使用
對他們來說，發生過的傷痛是無法因時間而真正遺忘的

We occasionally see some portraits and flowers
Monika said that this was the stationed locations of Polish militia against Nazi forces 
Grandparents experienced during World War II
They remember these people
So when they designed the housing 
Grandfather deliberately builded a wood stove
To prepare for cooking at wartime 

For them, the occurrence of pain can not be really forgotten because of the time

由於我擔心她會被毒蛇咬傷
所以一路撿拾樹枝要打草驚蛇
而她也知道波蘭的黑毒蛇很毒
我也說還可以擋咬人貓的植物
但她每次接過我的木棍揮舞了一段路之後
轉個身就丟掉
害我要一直撿XD

Due to I worried that she would be bitten by snakes
So I pick up branches all the way to alert the snakes
And she also knows Polish black snakes are poisonous
I say using it also can stop the  plants stabbed people
But every time she took my stick waving after the section of the road
She turned around and discarded the sticks 

It make me picked up sticks none stop XD

她說不用擔心，她有強壯的肌肉
就算走失了也可以保護我XD

She said don't worry, she has strong muscles

Even if we lost she can protect me XD

我們一回到家裡
Monika的媽媽馬上要我們準備吃午餐
波蘭蕃茄湯真的好好吃～

When we came home
Monika's mother tell us that it's time to have lunch

The Poland tomato soup was really delicious ~

吃飯時
媽媽一直準備好乾淨的盤子幫我換
整個像在高級餐廳吃飯
During the time
Monika's Mom always gave me the clean plates to change

It just like eating in a very fine restaurant

回程路上Monika採了一串黃野花
一回家Monika的媽媽就把花放在小酒杯裡
非常唯美的午後
加上媽媽自己做的香煎蘑菇捲餅
裡面還有濃郁奶香的起司
真的非常好吃

Return on the road Monika taken a bunch of yellow wildflowers
Monika's mother put the flowers in a small glass
It was a very beautiful afternoon
Plus her homemade Fried mushrooms burrito
There was  a rich creamy cheese inside

It was really delicious

我們一路上只看到毒菇
但是她們家的冰箱有一些真正的野菇
而且有手掌這麼大
非常新鮮
也難怪波蘭小說中的波蘭人喜歡採香菇
在森林尋找香菇真的是很有趣的冒險

Along the way, we only see the poisonous mushrooms
But there are some real wild mushrooms in their refrigerator
The mushroom was such a big palm 
Very fresh
No wonder Polish people like picking mushrooms just like the novels said

Looking for mushrooms in the forest is a really interesting adventure
