在找分租房間時
When I find a share room
我理解到，在波蘭租屋有一些不成文的怪規定
I realized that there are some strange unwritten provisions of rent in Poland


一般而言
Generally
不論在哪裡租房子
No matter where we rent
都會在付房租時，預付一筆押金
We need to pay the rent add a deposit

目前為止
So far
波蘭除了要預付押金
In addition to the deposit paid in Poland
還規定租屋結束之前
They also have the rule of the rent before we leave
必須找另一位房客來住
We must find another tenant to live here
否則不退回押金
Otherwise, they won't return the deposit

問題是
The issue is
外國人要找到下一個房客困難度很高
Foreigners are very difficult to find the next tenant
也就是說
That is to say
我們必須要有不退押金的心理準備
We must have psychologically prepared that they do not reclaim the deposit

有一間甚至是原房客們不用找替代房客
There is even an original tenants who don't need to find an alternative tenant
但我必須找替代房客
But I have to find an alternative tenant
超奇怪
Super strange
甚至不太合理
And less reasonable
